Conway October deed count reaches 11 but sale prices remain scarce

Conway's Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in October, but only two carried a sale price by the time records were compiled: $80,000 for 148 Hoosac Road and $100,000 for 831 East Guinea Road, the month's top sale, with Greenfield Savings Bank as buyer.

The median of those two priced sales is $90,000. One transfer, at 676 East Guinea Road, was recorded for nominal consideration and is not counted as a sale. The remaining eight transfers have no price on file yet, a common reporting lag. With price data available for only two of 11 deeds, the month's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this data alone.
