Conway sees 10 property transfers in August, but most sale prices go unreported
Conway recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $70,000 to $788,000 with a median of $421,200. The period's top recorded sale was 40 Whately Glen Rd, which sold for $788,000 on Sept. 1 from Joshua and Jennifer Weil to Charles H. Blanker. Ashfield Road and Williamsburg Road each saw two transfers, including a pair of same-day Ashfield Road deeds from the same seller to the same LLC buyer. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of market conditions for the period.
