Only one of 10 Conway deeds recorded in August discloses a sale price
Ten property deeds were recorded in Conway from July 31 through Aug. 29, but only one disclosed a sale price: $421,200 for 66 Jones Corner Road, sold by Donald D. and Sheila Marie Harrington to Amerisave Mortgage Corp. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. That single figure sets both the price range and median for the period. Ashfield Road saw two same-day transfers, both from Barbara M. Melville to Vertex Tower Assets LLC. Four of the 10 deeds involved a bank, credit union or debt-collection entity as buyer or seller. With price data disclosed in just one of 10 transfers, the month's overall market tone cannot be assessed from the available data.
