Conway recorded 10 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only two carried a sale price in registry data so far, both at $80,000, setting the recorded price range and median at $80,000. One priced sale was 2966 Shelburne Falls Road, sold by Jeremy C. Sinkus to Greenfield Cooperative Bank; the other was 354 Hart Road, sold by the Lorinser Investment Trust to Greenfield Savings Bank. The remaining eight transfers, including properties on North Hill Drive, Old Crickett Hill Road and Williamsburg Road, have no price yet available. Banks appear as buyer or seller in several transfers, and overall price data remains too limited to characterize the month's market tone.
