Twelve properties recorded deed transfers in Conway between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only two carried a sale price at recording: $221,500 for 32 Mathews Rd and $788,000 for 40 Whately Glen Rd, the period's highest recorded sale. Based on those two figures, prices ranged from $221,500 to $788,000 with a midpoint of $504,750; the other 10 transfers show price not yet available. Four sales listed a bank or mortgage company as seller and one listed a bank as buyer. With most prices still pending, overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from the available data.
