Conway sees 12 property transfers in September, but only a quarter show a recorded price
Twelve properties recorded deed transfers in Conway between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a posted sale price as of this reporting: $80,000 for 354 Hart Rd, $221,500 for 32 Mathews Rd, and $600,000 for 2063 Roaring Brook Rd, the month's top sale. The median among priced sales was $221,500. Nine transfers, including a town purchase of 85 Dacey Rd, have no price on file yet, which is normal while registry data catches up. Five of the 12 transfers listed a bank or mortgage entity as seller, and all three priced sales named Greenfield Savings Bank as buyer. With three-quarters of September's activity still unpriced, the fuller picture of Conway's market this period remains incomplete.
