Conway Home Sales Show Wide Price Range as Most August Prices Remain Pending
Conway recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but sale prices have posted for only three so far, ranging from $70,000 to $788,000 with a median of $421,200. The period's top sale was 40 Whately Glen Road at $788,000, sold by Joshua and Jennifer Weil to Charles H. Blanker on Sept. 1. Two of the three priced sales involved bank or mortgage entities as buyers, and one deed reflects a within-family trust transfer. With five of eight prices still pending in registry data, the period's overall market tone can't yet be assessed from price alone.
