Only One of Ten Conway Property Sales Lists a Price
Ten properties changed hands in Conway between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $35,000 for 3209 Shelburne Falls Road, sold to Metro Credit Union on July 14. That single price point set the period's range and median, though it does not represent broader market values. Four of the 10 transfers involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, and three involved a trust. No street saw more than one sale. With a price recorded in just one of 10 deeds, the recorded data does not support a read on overall market tone.
