Conway recorded 10 property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds data, but only two disclosed a sale price: $35,000 for 3209 Shelburne Falls Road and $140,000 for 420 Mathews Road, the month's top transaction. Based on those two figures, the range was $35,000 to $140,000 with a median of $87,500. Mathews Road had two of the month's 10 sales. Other transfers included a same-day pair involving the Conway Town Assessors, two deals with Greenfield Savings Bank as both buyer and seller, and several apparent trust or family transfers. With price data missing from eight of 10 sales, the figures available do not support a broader read on market tone.
