Only two of 11 Conway property transfers disclose a sale price this period

CONWAY -- Eleven property transfers were recorded at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds for Conway between June 26 and July 25, but only two of those transactions disclosed a sale price, limiting what can be reported about the month's market values.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 11 sales in the period. Of those, two listed a consideration amount, with prices ranging from $35,000 to $140,000 and a median of $87,500 based on the disclosed figures.
